+1 to Rehaan on that, using other fonts is actually illegal , the govt approved plates have the legal font sizes and coloring so i would suggest that you stick to that.

I got my number plate for Zen in embossed aluminium plate - not IND plates (black font on white surface) in Kolkata for 150 bucks about 15 days ago.
