Where did you get them stiffened from?

Hey Ankit,
I have been advised by some of the garage guys not to carry out suspensions overhauling during the rains. Also read this in one of the threads.
Does it have any technical reason for that or is it just the car floor/base is too muddy which makes it less comfortable for the guys to work with.
I'm still in Dubai but coming back on the 15th for a month.
So my only chances for the overhaul is only in these rains.

It could have something to so with the moisture affecting the shock fluid. But i dont think its such a big issue.

Will do once I have them in my hands. Four Seasons has been delaying them for over a week now. Thoroughly unprofessional, lethargic and useless people. Will post a full report of my experiences of the past two weeks soon...

Another update: Stay away from Four Seasons, Mumbai
The *******s have kept me on hold for almost 2 weeks and all my calls today (10 in 3 hours) have been ignored by a Mr. Reza. I will not be buying the springs from them and am looking at other options and sources. Let's see how this goes...

Finally got the springs on Friday. Here is the part number, in case anyone's interested: E10-40-002-01-22. Springs were air-freighted to Mumbai. This is after the Four Seasons fellow telling me that they were stuck on a truck en-route to Mumbai. Complained to Eibach's corporate office in Germany, multiple emails to Methods. The Four Seasons fellow never actually picked up my call, he was forced to follow through from his higher-ups apparently, since each email to them resulted in a phone call/sms from him. Learnt a good lesson from this experience.

Anyways, here's the springs below. Car's gone to Viper for fitting with stiffened shocks, should be here tomorrow evening.

Great going Pranav! Awaiting your review on the handling after the fitment of the shocks and springs. But was too much of a headache with Four Seasons for you and i know how frustrating it can get when you are made to wait that long. But all is well that ends well.

14.6k for the springs. No breakup was given to me. I did not have the patience to ask for that. God knows how many more days he'd need to give that information...

Putting the info that I gave to another fellow BHPian.

Ramesh Kumar: ramesh at methods dot co dot in
Contact this guy directly and buy it from Bangalore directly. It'll reach faster than you going to Tardeo and picking them up yourself. Don't know if I can give out his phone number. Ask him I guess...
