Old Honda City (OHC 1.5) spare / accessories prices.

Hi All,

Need below spare prices of the OHC 1.5 Exi model.

Complete monogram set
Wiper set - with stalks
Original Electrically adjustable ORVM's
Front grille (original and aftermarket)
Headlights (original and projector type)
Tail-lights (original - single and set)
TypeR Honda logos (Red or any other colored ones)
Type R mesh grille
Front grille
VTEC spoiler
Honda Civic front number plate unit (will this fit the City)

With all the fellow BHPians going in for their OHC Overhauls and after market mods which includes me too; this thread can be made a ref. bible for having all prices of spares and accessories especially the after-market ones.

Just what I was looking for! Also other mechanicals like axels, shocks etc.. basically all the stuff you would generally replace during a OHC overhaul

JDM typeR honda emblems go for 15USD irrespective of color. Their sizes are approx 7x6. Typer logos go for roughly the same price varying with finish. The ones to be fitted on mesh grills are costlier. Shipping extra.

Perrrfect!! Just when I was looking to search the OHC threads.

Mods, I am assuming it'll be ok to include the OHC VTEC also in this discussion. Please let me know if otherwise.

My VTEC is due for a clutch overhaul (reason for the car heating up, as per the mech I took her too). Can someone give me a breakup of the parts that would need replacement alongwith the price. Planning to source the parts myself before the overhaul

Small update to my previous post here- got the complete clutch assembly from Shetty Motors (Opera House). Did try my luck at City motors as well but they had only NHC spares. Also, I got a quote of Rs 2325/- for each of the OHC Type II headlights (Depo brand), is that ok?!

How much did the clutch assembly cost you?

hey guys,
My OHC 1.3 compressor just went bust.
any idea how much another one would cost?
Can i fit something other than the original Denso one in?
one that loads the engine less for the same cooling / provides better cooling for the same load?

why do we have a separate thread for OHC spare prices? Don't we have a single thread for all cars?

Funny. My OHC came with a Sanden compressor. I replaced it with the same model a few years ago for 11K. Honda was asking close to 25K overall.

Isn't it better for those looking for info to have things filed this way? Searcing through a general thread for info about a particular make would be diffivult through all the chatter..

Mods have previously merged threads discussing parts prices and availability. why not de merge the thread for each car then?
