Green Cotton /CAI/K&N typhoon for type-III esteem

Dear fellow members,
i have a type-III esteem with full FFE from automech , Tri-phase from Viper and NGK Iridium plugs.
Presently i am using K&N conical filter.
i was thinking of upgrading it to a CAI kit or some other filter.
Please the best option in terms of performance.
Green cotton / k&n universal apollo kit ? which one works best.

dont waste your money. i dont think youll even find a perceivable difference.
