They were available those days for Conti and I'm sure you can still find a new set today. Try out JC Road in Bangalore.
... Try Shivajinagar as well... PM me for more help...

Cheers,

Forgot to mention this. Please don't put those. Go for original tail lamps cluster. They look way better than Victa.

+3 Dont put the Sumo tail lamps. Use original tail lamps.

Go for the quad round headlamps as Rudra suggested. It looks more muscle than the rectangular unit.

I like the direction this thread is going on. Great work there!

@prosparsh

nice project you have going there...
however,
1. Get rid of the spoilers
2. use the original tail lamps, and try to get them in clear finish if not smoke em
3. put some bodylines/surface breakers on the rear bumper..its too plain...

rest or the work is great.

Change those square lamps and try to get two projector lamps. Round ones. Work the grill. This is one car that can be modded to resemble a mustang.

Wish you luck.

To be honest I am not too kicked with the P220. I think it looks good stock. The decals are overdone.

sparsh: An enviable project indeed. Seems to be shaping out well.

However, if you don't mind my saying so, somehow the dimensions of the front wheel arches just don't seem to be gelling too well. Maybe it looks so to me in the photos. What I mean to say is the arch starts in a semicircular (the way it should be) way from the bottom but towards the top portion it flattens out.

This I feel would be magnified when you put in wider tyres on your project. I hope you are able to picturize what I am saying.

Since these are old photos some sanding work has been done later on as well so i guess that now the car is just fine.

The contessa is shaping up real nice. Just waiting to look at the final products.

You can visit JC road for smoking the tail-lights. The whole street has lots of car accessories shop and you should be able to find a place.
