i have a 98 model esteem.. i want either modify the engine or put a baleno engine.. want help from all the guru's in here..

budget not fixed yet.. can you please give me an idia that how much will it cost to put a baleno engine..

I think a baleno engine in perfect shape should cost you approx 50k which includes grearbox, starter, alternator, labour etc. Modding your esteem would be a better option and much cheaper, however you cannot comapre the performance of the two engines.
