Thanks. So where in Noida/Delhi can I find a good and experienced installer?

Hi Guys, Just added 3M sun film to my Shine couldnt not bare the heat of Chennai, had to do it.

I chose CS 35 against RE 35, because RE series was having Silver Shade and a mirror look, anyone can stand and use as a mirror, didnt like it for this reason alone however RE series was having better UV protection percentages.

CE 35 though has only 40% protection compared to RE's 56%, anyways I didnt want to compromise the look of Shine

It costed 4K at 3M distributor.

I have a budget of 4000 rupees to get sun films installed to all sides of my moon beam silver zen which is 10 years old. Please advise me on the brand and the model to go for. I want the tints to be legal for use in Delhi.

Need help in choosing the sunfilm for Fiesta

I am planning to install sunfilm in my Fiesta as the summer in Kolkata is becoming unbearable day by day.

I am still undecided about the brand to go for. And I need your help in this. However, I did make some observations.

1. V-Kool is the costliest of the lot. Not affordable to me

2. A better specced Llumar or 3M will suit my budget.

I got a quote from the llumar distributor in Kolkata. He suggested me to go for AIR 75 SR for the front windshield & Neutral 50 SR/AIR-75 SR for side and back.
The quotes:
AIR 75 SR (Front) 5900
Neutral 50 SR (Side)/AIR-75 SR (Back) 5334

So the total MRP coming at 11234. He also said that I can get 10% discount on MRP, which will bring down the cost to 10100. Is it justified?

Is Llumar advisable to go? Or 3M will be better? I have seen the quotes given here for 3M. I am assuming that Fiesta will fall in grade 'C'.

How do you rate Garware top end films comparing it with Llumar/3M?

EDIT: I have a question about front sunfilm installation. I do have 2-3 car parking stickers in front and I have to keep them. So how will the installation happen? Will they need to be removed and pasted again after the sunfilm is installed? That means, glass, then film, then stickers?

Go for Garware Ice cool Shield for the windscreen and Garware classic for the sides. It is within the limits.

Anyone heard of SolarGard Window Tint | Automotive | Solar Gard HP Charcoal.
The delaer is claiming it to be competing with other leading brands like 3M and Llumar in the market.

Need to install sunfilm in my home.

What is the best cost effective heat resistant film for bigger pieces.

3M will be too expensive for 9 pieces of approximately 7.5 ft. x 2.5 ft. Do not want to spend that much money.

I want more light in the room (if possible, can compromise on that till the point 50% light comes in) and maximum heat rejection.

Thanks.

The dealer is true. Solar Gard is a US brand distributed in India by Xenos. They've a wide variety and have been recently launched in Delhi.
