AFAIK, NOS kits are for petrol engines only. For diesels it is a butane/propane fumigation popularly called LPG fumigation. It has to be done very carefully or else you will be left with molten aluminium...

Try this for more details - LPG (Propane) Fumigation for Diesel Engines

I haven't heard of anyone here who has done this to his diesel..

hey Karizma... you can try LPG/propane injection as it will be easily available as compared to nitrous oxide, as you have a budget of 12grand try building this setup on your own.
there is an advantage of lpg injection...millage of the vehicle increases along with power. I had it on my Jeep couple of years back.
if you have any problem let me know I can help you with construction. I do not have photos of my system as it was in the 90's and there was no one to show this. but you can build one using the cylinders of the "clicks" stove...

Anyone known around this area who does NOS or LPG fumigation to Turbo diesels?

What would be the approximate cost in doing the above to a 2.6 Ltr Turbo Scorpio?

same as petrol?
and can i practicall buy a nitros cyllinder n fabricate everything else??
plzz give me some ideass??
pleaseeee

First , you got to specify wether its a DI (direct injection ) or IDI ( indirect injection diesel ) engine .

Sice Its a car engine , I think it might be an IDI engine . The alterations that you could do with a IDI engine is typically running it on vegetable oil .
You could also check out the valve and the injection system for mods ,but again , You might not get the servicable parts as I do not know of a 1500 cc isuzu engine manufactured in India .

Incase if its a DI engine , you can play around with the injectors for increasing power ,torque etc .

A few pics of the engine might help and also a few words on what your project goals are .

Diesel engine modification

since this is your project.. Try for some innovative ideas.. like emission control, fuel economy.. Fuel is in demand.. so keep it in mind and try to find a fuel economic engine with greater performance..
