hi,the dash is custom made, made of wood, then polished to shape, then finally covered with leather.you can find some good carpenter to do this job keeping in mind what all are you adding to it eg i prefferd a good number of AC vents-all the best

Some updates on my modded conti:

I had just purchased 16" rims and plan to go for 205/55/R16 tyres.

Also, I'm planning to wrap the whole car except the chrome fittings with Matt black 3M Imported Vinyl wrap. For this, I had tried and tested the vinyl by sticking a 30 X30 mm piece of all the available quality wraps from 3 M on my car in Qatar. It has already survived two years of scorching summer heat (to the tune of 50 degrees and more) and the weekly wash. So,I think it may last in India as well and anyway I'm not going to use this car regularly.

Re: My Contessa modification. EDIT : Completed! PICS on pg 7

Guys, need help here.
Am looking for a Contessa ('97 model onwards) for about 50-80k.
but right here in Thiruvananthapuram it's very hard to get one and all the examples are 1lac and above. The used car guys are saying that demand has gone up, and that you can't find a good one below a lac.
Find it hard to believe as all the Contis discussed here are bought for 45-60k and not everyone buys it.
Or has it gone the "JEEP" way and has gained value for popularity among the youths?
