Rs.50,000 for mod's. What would you do? - A new question with a twist

Well this thread has come out really well so I thought about adding a twist to the question this time:

Assume that you have bought a turbo car and have already chipped it to 200 horses at 6 PSI and would like to take it to 325 horses what would you do to the setup to get the gains...

One minute lets add some real constraints:
1) The gearbox can only handle 220 horses at launch anything over that it will break and no parts to strengthen / replace it are available.
2) The turbo cannot be changed and it can produce only 1.1 bar of boost however this boost comes on really slow and you get it only at 4500 RPM whereas the car revs to 6000 RPM max and you dont have means to remove the rev limiter
3) Fuel pump can only flow enough to support 1 bar of boost and cannot be changed.
4) The driver takes 1.2 secs to change a gear.
5) No Piggy back ECU's work with the current setup and larger injectors are not available
6) No replacement pistons are available and the current pistons can be used to go up to 1 bar.
7) The car already has the following and the owner is not willing to change any of the parts:
- Custom intake manifold with a cold air intake with a K&N
- Free flow exhaust
- a Good BOV
- Currently using 93 octane
- Ceramettalic clutch
- a 1 bar MAP sensor
Best part of it all he hates NOS.

Current ET of the car over a 1/4 mile is 15 with lightening and slicks. The target is to drop 3 secs from this (12 secs) at the least cost possible.

Have tried to keep the situations as realistic as possible, I know it sounds hard but the clues are already there for those who get them.

Smaller sequential turbo to produce boost at the lower rpms?

Why is the boost only at 6 PSI when fuel pump can supply enough for 1 bar?

1 gear change = 1.2 seconds
So, 3 gear changes = 3 * 1.2 = 3.6 seconds
Change the driver to one who does the gear changes within 200 milliseconds.

200 milliseconds = 0.2 seconds = 1 gearchange
Therefore, 3 gearchanges = 3 * 0.2 = 0.6 seconds

Therefore, ET saving = 3.6 - 0.6 = 3 seconds.
No need to change any parts except the nut in the driver's seat.

This doesnt cost anything unless of course you decide to use the services of a gentleman named Kenny Bernstein!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once this is done, we look at how to achieve 325 bhp and further lower the ET:

1 bar is the max that the fuel pump will flow. The pistons will take only 1 bar.

It is common knowledge that 1 bar = 14.7 psi

You are running 6 psi which is a deficit of 14.7 - 6 = 8.7 psi

You simply program/modifythe BOV to open at this pressure.

Am I right or am I right?

Ananth

Well Ananth and Ported did get close

Mod 1: Yes you get the turbo to spool up to the complete 1 bar (the only assumption you make is that the mapping has been already been done for 1 bar as the guy has already blown a hell lotta money on it) This would translate to about an additional 50 bhp that would mean about 1.5 secs.

Mod 2 : Change the driver as he takes close to about 1.2 secs to change gears, a good driver would do it under 1 sec, assuming a good driver does it in about .8 secs would mean a saving of about 1.2 secs that would bring you close to the ballpark of 3 secs of savings.

The total bhp on this question was just a trick as you could never achieve that amount.
