Hi guys,

agreed this looks quite ugly in todays world. but considering this was done a couple of years back when we had no other options available, is worth considering.

What DC did was just made the Gypsy much more accessible with proper seats (like qualis/sumo). The facing-bench seats were quite uncomfortable anyways.

The car looks like crap. Gypsies look way better when you leave them alone. They just need bigger wheels and mirrors.

The wheels on this Gypsy are nice, but you don't need to be an expert to realise that big mags will make any car look better. That's like rule number one in Car Designing for Dummies. Whoever bought this car got ripped off.

actually this is a very old model of one of suzuki's SJ series vehicle (the SJ series constitutes the gypsy, Jimny, Coily, Sierra, Grand Vitara(old) etc). DC has just copied it n given 4 doors to it

The gypsy with 4 doors - perhaps Maruthi should take note of this and while they are at it, perhaps also plonk the DDIS in it too. Those are the only two changes I'd make to the design of this car. Anyone know someone who has done something like this on this forum?
