Extra pair of lights for Lancer

I do lot of night driving on highways and I find the headlights inadequate. Want to fit an extra pair of headlights. Which one should it be and where should it be fitted-- in the foglamp sockets in bumper or on a bracket in front of the grill, as on SUVs? What about lightforce? I heard they have a model whcih lights up upto 400 metres. That's a lot of distance and will be good for high speed runs at night. My intention is not to blind oncoming traffic. I would only use it sparingly at night on highways at high speeds when light from opposite direction of even a 4-lane highway blinds me and forces me to slow down. Now, please don't suggest me to go see an opthalmologist. I got good sight, thank you.
