Suspension mods for Alto LXi

Hi,
I have a Apr 2008 model Alto LXi. It has clocked 33853 Kms till date. Over the past month or so, the suspension has been very hard. I feel every little bump on the road. Please suggest a good garage in Mumbai where I can get the suspension checked / tuned / upgraded.
Also, thanks to some very mischievous kids next to my building, I have got about 15 odd chinks on the roof and bonnet - caused by stones thrown by these children to activate my car alarm

. Please suggest someone who can get the chinks straightened out and can do a good touch up of the paint.
