Tuning Box for Petrol Cars

Just wanted to know why there are not much tuning boxes on petrol cars The only one i remember is jerish's fiesta 1.6S that was peted. Is it that options for petrol cars are not available.

More specifically is it possibe to fit one on a Chevy BEAT.

I went through Jerish's 1.6S thread sometime back and I don't think he had a tuning box. The car has an aftermarket FFE, suspension and brakes. I am interested in a tuning box for petrols too.

There are quite a few available for petrol cars also. Thank God for that

For instance there is the Race Dynamics line up, Tri-Phase Range of Products. You can check their website for more details

I also saw a few in the classifieds section as well

Piggybacks, Standalone ECUs or remaps are the way to go on petrol cars. A Greddy Emanage or RD ECU will cost as much as one of these tuning boxes but give you a lot more bang for your buck compared to a simple tuning box with 3 different settings.
