naveen that's a nice looking swift you have there, do post some pictures of the interiors too. However instead of going bling spend some money and get the car a few after market mods to improve performance.

Get yourself a replacement air filter and a FFE done. Check some of the cars from the modded cars in kerala thread.

Naveen, your swift looks very neat. The projector setup and the mesh grill work looks fantastic. Congrats!

Please share your experience with the 205mm tyres. Did you lose a bit of power with that setup?

FFE on a VDi? Anyone has such an installation?
Will it not sound like a truck.

Aah I missed that, was so engrossed with my fetish for tires and alloys. I love the Stamford for some of their designs.

Well naveen please go the Pete's way .

@rj
Thanks RJ. Will post the interior pics soon. Well, i'm not that interested in performance mods and as for the FFE, is it possible to install in Vdi? To attain the proper sound I guess there has to be huge mods to the engine. Just a FFE and air filter wont do the trick. I have seen a car here.
Next up the line - Bodykit (That's coming very shortly)
Stamford isnt popular in India. They have some awesome designs. I searched the net, selected the design and lucky for me, I saw those here in Cochin.

@Ash
Got the custom grill from my friend here in Cochin. He is into car mods.

@Adi
Thanks a lot. 205mm tyres are great, especially S Drives. I didnt feel much difference since I got the tyre changed in 2 months after I got the car. So wasnt able to compare it.

@JK
Thanks JK. I got it from an accessories shop here in Cochin. It's from Singapore.

@ clevermax
Thanks dude. Even I have that feeling about the sound if I install the FFE. Any idea guys?

@rev
Thanks. Rohff - TDSI

205/50R15 is the wrong upsize for swift. the right upsize is 205/55R15 - you get slightly better ride, less busy engine and more ground clearance in the bargain as well.

Hi.
That's true. I use this only in the city. For outstation rides, I use my Fiesta.

Ride equality is a bit harsh with my setup. But after all, the ride looks cool.! Thanks for your inputs..

My ride's rear.

My car's rear is very plain when compared to the mods that I have done to the front end. I need some mods to pimp my ride. Thinking to go for the latest LED tail lights first.
Any idea on how much it will cost? Any new models available now?
Suggestions needed guys..!

Thats a sweet ride mate. Looks very neat. You can smoke your tail lamps for now atleast to match the front. Like you mentioned the rear looks too plain comparing to the front. Till you source yourself a pair of LED tail lamps or something you can keep your rear lights smoked.

How much did the Roots Horn cost you?

Thanks Nithin.. Am not keen on going for the smoked lights. As you may know, it's very common here and looks kind of cheap. I think it's always better to go for tail lights. Saved some cash for HIDs. So might go in for the LED lights. ANy other suggestions welcome..

If am right, the horn came somewhere around 400/-
