hey guys.. was bored so decided to do this.. made in about 20mins.. have already posted some of my stuff along time ago.. my user id then was car crazy kid.
Umm..Akshay nice attempt..But the thing looks blurry..
I mean you could have made a simple rectangle for skirts..would have looked better..
Also you can use that clone tool to copy the colour on the skirt..

i did use that clone tool but since there is light reflecting off the car the colour is diffrent from the back to the front. anyway.. this is my forst time making skirts on my own.. usually i jus copy em off another car..
