I always wanted my i20's front grille and air dam to be carbon fiber(the real thing)

is it possible??(am I looking at astronomical prices?)

the idea came to me from my mom's U-VA! its door trim(interior) are Carbon fiber finished! and look amazing(CFRP?)

Is the grill integrated into the bumper or is it separate piece? Is separate send it to these guys , MEDASANI AUTO PVT LTD - UNDER CONSTRUCTION. They will give carbon fiber finish. Dont expect Carbon fiber to be cheap any where in this universe though.

Yup! Its separate and have also bought a spare air dam for the same purpose!(I know it might cost a bomb lol! but wt reduction + increased strength is what is driving me to achieve that)

btw can they do bumpers etc too?

Hi Guys. Back after some years and thought I'd just share some recently stuff completed in Carbon. There's more but thought I'd do it slow. Have been out of the team bhp thread since the closure of the conti thread but obviously been up to my own stuff . Have attempted a lot on CF. Some frustrating but mostly very very rewarding. The years have helped me hone my skills on carbon with some technical training in the UK. Unfortunately I'm shutting shop in Pune and moving out. But nevertheless it's been a great time. The vehicle shown is a carbon fibre body go kart with a KTM 390 powered engine in a custom built trellis frame. Not designed exclusively for track but surely capable. One of the most rewarding projects for sure.

Some rated the conti project as one of the best in the country and we are slowly by surely getting there
