M&M Bolero glx - suggestion for mod.

As a suggestion you could try altering the gearing ratios . The final gear ratio much be lowered so that you increase the top speed . Another thing is you could try different injection nozzles . may be a visit to the local diesel pump store would help . Try a nozzle with atleast 1 more hole ,so that you can get a finer spray and you could also try looking for a bigger element and a better delivery valve . in the process you could increase the output as well as the mileage . another thing would be change the gear ratio in the differential . mahindra has a lot of gear ratios with the same differential for different vehicles . that would also greatly help . You could try gajra gears ,they might also be able to help you out with custom gear ratios .

Incase if you are interested in getting the mods done ,may be i can go through the pump catalogues and help you out .

Incase ,the scorpio and the bolero share the same gear box ,you could conviniently swap the final ratio of the scorpio with the bolero . that should do the trick .
