Dear Team,

Since, I bought my esteem more than 1 year back, I've been in the lookout for an arm rest for it. Never found it anywhere in the shops of Kerala. Atlast, I managed to find it @ Carnation, Cochin. So, thought of posting its pictures.

Cost was Rs. 1300/-

When I searched for Esteem about months back in team-bhp, your thread on red matted esteem did come up first. And I was inspired by the passion you showed to that car.

I've a couple of pending queries regarding Esteem mods on different threads. Will you be able to answer them, especially since you are very passionate and from Mumbai and hence has more access to such accessories?

I'm very much aware; there's one in Ambattur Industrial Estate too, which is close to my home & they don't do it over there, atleast in Ambattur. Not sure on Gunidy though. Since I'll be visiting Kochi sooner than Guindy, I thought of an option to check there.

the similar one, which fits in most of the cars is available at ebay. i had bought for my i10 (beige color) and it fits well

Hey thanks for the compliment bro! The pics on the thread are pretty old, and after that didnt get chance to click new ones, will b coming to Mumbai this weekend and hopefully will put up new pics and videos ASAP.
I am surely going for those twin washer nozzle things, excellent stuff.

This is universal type. It's fitted to the metal part holding the handbrakes ( if my memory is correct ). Will post the pictures of the fitting.

I called carnation - 9895761247 and he told logically, it's possible to fit the same thing on a WagonR ( even though they haven't tried it yet ). If you plan to visit carnation to get this fitted, make sure that you call them up one day before and fix an appointment because it takes around 2 hours to get it fixed. ( Need to dismantle both the front seats first )

Just checked the Arm Rest in Omega Car Audios, Vadapalani, Chennai. They have one for Swift on stock costs Rs.1500 , for fiesta they quotes Rs.2000. Bit costly it seems.

I had called the person on the mobile ( I think, his name is Seethu ). I told him the reason why I called him ( that I see several queries regarding this arm rest on team-bhp forums ). So, he should recognize you.
