So again to bring the car under control I turned other way, ie left and because of that it took a complete 180 degree and went side ways dragging for about 30 ft and hit a tree. It hit directly in the driver side door.
I have barely missed and was safe with monor injury.
Yes, ofcourse seat belt saved me.
something like this happened with me also, but i was in my vxi and fortunately i was on s drives.i was surprised too when this happened,as i was not carrying too much speed, but a little application of physics later ,i somehow justfied what happened.

Gurus,

What are the probable options to increase low-mid range response for my Swift Petrol ?

Already have K&N Stock Replacement Filters and hence would not touch on the filter part for now.

Budget 15-18K max.

Thanks in advance

For that budget you could purchase a FFE with "concentration" on the low end.
But remind you, there wont be that much difference in power for the low end,but surely will get benefit for the mid end.

Any other options apart from the FFE ? I am not a great fan of loud exhaust.

Anything internal, like say; Performance Cams, clutch upgrades, ?? I dont know , please guide me

Hey i am thinking about a Clutch Upgrade, Esp when my Swift's Clutch has been already changed once (14K km).

The ones running now is 80% gone. There seems to be sudden judder in first / second gear now and then and also a noticeable drop in acceleration.

Instead of going for a new clutch from MUL, i am thinking of performance clutches.

What Clutch are you using and how is the performance of the same. Pls share rough cost estimate also

Any comments on SPEC and EXEDY Clutches ?

I got the apollo kit fitted today, noticed a significant change in the growl of the engine but still dont know about performance as i couldnt get open roads to drive the car.there wasnt much change below 2500-3000rpm.
guys, i have one query though
when i accelerate the car from 800-1000 rpm there is a huge vibration noise that comes and its not in 1st gear, only in 2nd gear and above.
also while idling theres this "hiss" sound coming,is it normal?

Hi All,

I am posting some pics of my modified Swift [P] Lxi. These are HRS alloys with Yoko 185/70/14 A Drives. Any comments are welcome.

Do you guys think I should go for painting the ORVM cowl and the door handles?

cheers,
Sachin
