Does anyone know how to remove the REV Limiter from the Swift. I think the redline is 6500 RPM. I want to cut the rev limiter to 7500 or if I can then to the max which is 8000.

Hi,

The only way to do it is by installing a Stand Alone ECU which lets you control all engine parameters.

You can have anyone of the following for 14 inch:
195/65/14 or 205/65/14 and if your stock is 165/80/14 then 185/70/14

Possible. I know someone who could take off the revvlimiter on almost all Suzi cars. The limiter can either be moved to about 500-750rpm from stock value or taken off completely. But taking it off completely would not be advisable, as I dont think a stock engine will be able to make power so high up. But for this you might have to send down your stock ECU to bangalore. PM me for further details.

This can be done on most cars, but those that have been tried and tested are:
1. OHC 1.5 Exi.
2. Zen - 7200 limit.
3. Esteem - 9000 limit on stock ECU.
4. Swift - 7200-9000.
5. Baleno - 7400 .
6. Lancer.

McLaren - The Swift looks incomplete. Tell your friend to also paint the door handles & ORVM's white, then it'll look even better.

Ishaan, work is still being carried on the car. All that you have mentioned + the side skirts + both bumpers will be up soon.

That Swift needs white ORVMs, white door handles and the silver rims to be painted white. Im not too sure if sideskirts will gel with the "mini" look.

PS- The Suzuki logo on the rear window looks a bit wierd too.
