Yes, better than stock 60/55W. Used H4 in my dad's Figo but he likes the Osram Nightbreaker more.

The XV+ replaces the XV, just like XV replaced Xtreme Power. So yes, it's better from performance angle, filament life could be shorter.

I got a pair (plus) fitted on my Ritz VDi last week and very much satisfied with them. Price 1500/- for two.

Yes i did buy the Extreme Vision Plus. These are definitely better than the stocks and work for me on highways and in city both. The high beam could have been better but thats always true for me . I like bright high beams.
I would have ideally gone for a relay + 100/90 bulbs but Skoda warranty fear pulls me back.

The color is Yellowish. its not completely yellow.

The colour of the Xtreme Vision Plus is more towards white. The stock fog lamps are yellow, so when both are switched on, the difference is stark.

I would recommend these to keep the warranty intact and still having better throw and brightness.

Comparison of the Philips XV H7 bulbs with the OE Osram bulb ( on the LHS )

Someone I am not happy with the reliability. Have had to change both the low beam bulbs in the last 6 months. Just got to know from the Maruti dealership that there have been many such " complaints "

The new Xtreme Vision H4 bulbs are yellowish since they have 3700k color temp whereas the older ones were 4300k. I find the new ones more effective. The new ones are retailing at 750 INR in local stores.

Folks, what is the comparison between Osram NB+ and NB Ultimate and the corresponding Philips bulbs. I have NB+ in my Brio for three years.

Bought OSRAM Night Breaker Unlmited (Rs. 2150/-) pair from Car-Palace Ernakulam, Near Medical Centre.
while Philips XtremeVision 130+ was just Rs. 800/- each (Rs. 1600/- pair).
Yet to install it to check the difference. Here are the pics.

Fitted it yesterday evening.
The illumination had bettered but not as advertised, can give +20%. good brightness too.
The color temp is nowhere written on the box. Its slight yellowish and certainly not white, may be 4000k - 4200k. Visibility in heavy Rain and fog could hinder the drive(yet to witness).

T-BHPians, need your inputs. The auto guy with whom I am in touch is quoting 12,500 INR for Philips H4 Ultinon. Whats your advise? Is it worth putting up such an expensive bulb for my Honda City? What are the other nicer and cheaper alternatives?
