@Naveen.... source good quality LED's and case.. Do you think i need to
contact nightzconcepts again? or anyone else here you are aware of could do the same job?

I found a online shopping trade website where F1 brake lights were available. Spoke to the guy from Malaysia. He told he will respond to me on mail but have not heard from him until now.

How much are the F1 brake lamps for swift(nightzconcepts), the one naveen was mentioning about. I had emailed Dave, but no reply from him on the same.

I have installed a SMD LED bulb for parking light in my ANHC for past three months without any problem it is super white & very visible & powerful even in day light, its just plug & play job. And for my head light i have been using Philips 100/90 Rally with Hella wiring kit before, now changed to NARVA 100/90 white bulbs made in Germany to match my parking lights the throw is very good & iam fully satisfied.

How about posting some pics so that all can get to see the real thing in action. This would solve most of our queries.
Thanks.

@sportsmind: Thanks for your update. I have mailed my requirement to
custombrakelights.com. Lets see if they come up with
something interesting.

I agree nightzconcepts are expensive but i believe they do a neat
job. I can get the same thing done from any guy who repairs radios etc..
but the failure rate is high when it rains but these guys do a job which
demands high pay. I spoke to dave and he agreed to propose a design
after seeing the rear portion of the car. I have mailed him the pics.

Waiting to see what design he comes up with as i told him that i do not
not need any metal frame to hold the stuff aligned to the bumper.

@naveen.. thank you buddy. as updated above, trying my best. will
keep you updated. keep me posted if you have any
suggestions and sources.

LED headlight bulbs are in demand in most US states except California. One can get them in India from Aliexpress.com. Typical delivery time 7-20 days. Purchase is Escrow protected. They say on the website that in a cluster of LEDs if a single LED blows off due to current surge, the remaining set will continue to work.

For bulbs costing 5-10$, shipping is around 50-100$, not worth it to buy from Aliexpress.com.

@sportzmind: Thanks for your help dude. Custombrakelights got back to me
that they do not have any clue about it. So they are out of
question. I really liked that they responded back promptly.

@naveen: Spoke to the sprocket guy. He would get back to me next week
as the shop is closed due to the Ayodhya verdict for a couple
of days.

I sincerely hope that there is not much tension in the country.
LET PEACE PREVAIL. JAI HIND.

Another query people. I guess Naveen would be the one to answer first. What bulbs do the indicators use? What is the wattage rating? I drive a Zen. I dont have a manual with me so I dont know what are the configurations? I want to put white light for all my turn signals. The one in the back and on the sides and the park light as well. Does anyone have any idea what ratings those bulbs are?

""Headlights need multiple LEDs in one unit" -
But some hand held LED flash lights (e.g. Britelite) have a good enough beam, right? Also, LED bulbs ought to generate less heat than conventional (car) bulbs, right?
Unfortunately, very little info about car LED head lights is available in the internet.

If you compare the light of the brightest hand held single LED light to a normal 60W headlight, you will see a huge difference.
If course, if the beam is narrowly focused, on a wall 10 meters way the LED torch may seem to be putting a light as bright as a headlight, but remember, a car headlight has to give that intenstiy over a wide area.
So a car LED headlight is definitely possible, and as tech grows, it may become more mainstream but as of today, a Xenon headlamp will put out much more light as additional circutery leads to other issues in LED headlamps.
That said a lexus model uses LED for low beam, and outside of US, a Audi model(R8) sells with LED
But the problem with them is high cost, and complexity issues

Nithin:

Good question. But am not sure about their ratings. They are of different configs.
You can replace them with white lights. The only problem would be finding the side blinkers. It's kinda hard to get hold of white side blinkers.
I use white parking lights at the rear. But those are LED bulbs. Will check the box and let you know the rating.

Cheers.!

PS - Sorry for the incomplete answer
