1. Better to get a set of bakelite or wooden holders. Available at shops that sell truck spares.

2. Relay is important so that there is no excessive load on your electrical system. Costs as lil as 500 bucks. Brand - Lucas TVS.

you are being taken for a royal ride as far as the relay is concerened.
The Relay with Cermic holders capable of taking 130/110W bulbs should not cost more than 750rs

Violaaa !! That sounds like the price for a light upgrade on 2 cars. The whole set (bulb+ ceramic holder+relay kit) shouldn't be more than 950 tops.

well to each his own. I've used Lucas TVS relay for over 2 years with bakelite holders and have had no issues. I have been using Philips Rally 130/100W bulbs.

One of the relays (for the low beam) has conked out on my Baleno. Where can I get a replacement relay? I think they are Bosch ones. I went to a Maruti A.S.S on the way to office and they said they dont stock individual relays - just the whole set including the wires and the holders.

Buddy search this thread, your question has been answered many times.
A Xenon H4 kit means minimum 9000rs and 100/90W halogens can be had for as little as 200 a pair.
Depending upon your budget you can chose.
Most people go for the 100/90W relay path, and you can search this thread for your answers.
