Just saw this article on This kitted corolla . looks pretty good imo in terms of finish . anyone know more details or seen one ? seems to be having a low profile as well .

Yeah this one was showcased at the Mumbai Motor Show couple of months back. There is also a thread on this with more pictures. I must say, great job done with the body work! They could have given a more authentic feel by lowering the car and giving all around large disc brakes instead of the tiny ones.

Yea i saw it as well when i was there, what a fail, I mean nice work on the fiberglass, and making everything flow but seriously did they really have to paint the calipers and the discs as well haha.

It looks like a fabulous job, me thinks. Any idea if performance has increased, since weight must have come down.

This will fool 95% of people,i must say a commendable job.Better than sticking a ferrai sticker on a red Toyota Sera!

It would fool almost anyone. Even I would be, if I see it, parked, say 100 ft away. But it needs some attention to detail. For example, more realistic brakes and a seriously beefed-up exhaust (although nothing would be able to replicate the intoxicating wail from that lovely 4 litre V8).

Anyone who wants to see this in person can go to Cadell Road, where Executive Modcar Trendz has a show window where this is displayed. Going towards Bandra, it's a little ahead from Siddhivinyak. Seen it often, it does look quite decent.

I think, they simply bolted an F430 kit (Plenty available abroad, for MR2/ Peugeot 406) onto the Corolla chassis. Looks a little too tall and bulbous.

I too suspect the same, the finesse seems just "too much" to be a desi-mod. If someone proves us wrong, I'd be more than happy that India does have some serious workmanship!

super modification the car looks just like a Ferrari from outside. However, the paint job looks a bit off (it might be the lighting)

Very true Vishnu. If the entire car is out of fibre glass, one needs to look no further. Making a one-off with fibre glass isn't going to be cheap/cost effective with so much work going into making the moulds out of sheet metal first.

I have seen this car in person. The work was carried by Faisal bhai's firm Executive ModCar Trendz (EMT)

Its a complete fiberglass body, put on a Corolla.
Even the interior has been given a new look.
Its more like a prototype and would cost around 10lakh INR for a customer (don't know if this is including the base car).
The car did grab attention, But I still felt some more details could be taken care of as I did find a few rough edges at some points.

By the way, EMT even had a DC type Innova at the stall.
