You can see that the horn in the Type 1 is different from the one in the Type 2.

I want to replace th OE horn so if anyone can tell what brand it is and how much does it cost?

Guys, any update on this one?

Not sure Ankit but I think you'll be well off with a set of Fiem/Roots/Hella horns.

I just upgraded my Swift horn to Fiem Windtone, no relay required since the Diesel Swift comes with a relay for the horn, the petrol doesnot.

the roots vibrasonic(the biggest type) in my scorpio is nearly 2 years old..SOUNDS DEAFENING..you just needs a good tuning once in about 3 to 4 months and there is nothing to beat this thing..

What do you mean by tuning exactly? some sort of DIY stuff? or need to ask the garage guys to do it?

yeah tuning can be both DIY and garage done...if you look closely ,you can find screw on the backside of the roots horn, tweaking it will result in some sound variance..but you'll have to give it to the garage guys to get that extreme sharp sound...

I already have a Stebel Nautilus with a toggle switch for the OE horn which I want to replace as it sounds totally phata hua now.

I planned to get the Hella Red Grill or something as a replacement for the OE but then thought there has to be one decent horn for city driving!

The original sound is what I like best

I have bought a Stebel Nautilus airhorn for fixing to my Honda Civic in Bangalore, but the dealers are refusing to fix it saying they cannot fix anything brought in from outside. Can anyone advise me on a place in Bangalore where I can get it fixed professionally. I want to fix it as an additional horn with a changeover switch to select the OE or the Stebel. Any help will be appreciated

Regards

Got the HELLA Red Grill in place of the OE.
IMHO, they are better than the Nautilus for sure.

I never saw anyone paying too much attention with the Nautilus but the Hella makes people JUMP! Haha
And I was told they can be easily repaired, which is a ++

EDIT: It's Nautilus for the CITY and Hella for the HIGHWAY now.
