setting up a gypsy for rally

Hi guys, i'am looking at getting into off-road rally/racing and am unsure where to start in relation to the chassis and suspension setup of my maruti
this is the kind of terrain i will be driving over
and there is a specific class for suzuki's, the guys that already race in the class regularly come over to India to race and have a lot of experience but its hard to get them to share there secrets of setting the car up with me.
They do 140km/phr in low range through the desert and run twin shocks all around as well as bracing there diffs for jumps.
Is there any secrets you guys can share with me other than getting lots of practice, i thought seeing as though you guys are the experts in rallying gypsies i should ask you first.

thanks mick
