Issue with my Suzuki Fiero (Street Spec 187cc bike)

Post the pics ASAP, I too need to give some TLC to my Bike, after 30k the torque has gone south and did give the bike for service , got the airfilter changed and the had told the service supervisor about the lack of torque, not surprisingly the service guy increased the Idle rpm

as a cure. Any suggestions on how to go about getting the torque back.
