They will ask for 650/- to create an affidavit in which your name and which address you want will be mentioned. They have people to do this, so no need to go around getting this on our own. I had carried the electricity bill which was in name of my friend & his present address. They also asked for my ID proof for which PAN card copy would suffice.

Got the bike delivered in my name, without the need of an Affidavit. Laid my hands on RE Classic 350 on 1st December. Thanks everyone for your inputs and support

CL350 booking up for grabs in Mumbai

Hi,
Just bumped into http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/motorb...sic-350-a.html and was this thread

I had booked a silver CL350 at the Bandra showroom on June 15th. I no longer want the bike (bought the Karizma & now eyeing the bonneville).
If anyone wants it kindly let me know. Will prefer to give it to a Tbhpian rather than cancelling.

P.S. - You'll have to take care of the RTO etc hassles, I have absolutely no contacts in Mumbai.
