re: Suzuki Inazuma 250cc launched. *UPDATE* Price slashed by 1 lakh!

Horrible pricing if that's true. 3.13L would be approx 3.5L OTR.
In this price you can buy a Duke390 for city sprints and a TBTS350 for occasional highway rides...
What is Suzuki thinking?
IMHO this looks like a modded commuter

re: Suzuki Inazuma 250cc launched. *UPDATE* Price slashed by 1 lakh!

I am unsure if this bike would have ticked, had the prices been at 2L OTR. And with the current prices...fat chance.

Suzuki should come out with a disclaimer on this bike's pricing & justify it.

re: Suzuki Inazuma 250cc launched. *UPDATE* Price slashed by 1 lakh!

I Has Be honest here.

I am few of them who were ready to plonk money on this Bike. Commuter bike looks, Upright sitting posture, Ability to cruise all days at 90-100 (As per reviews ) Suzuki;s reliability and gear shift indicator means i am first in list to own this but with a Price tag of 3.4 Lakh;s, I would say "Thanks But no Thanks " .

If i was to study how a Product fails even Before it;s launch. this would make a Perfect cut for that study . The lack of interest in this thread itself tells me that "number of flies in suzuki's showroom will only increase with this launch " .

Exactly my sentiments. I would buy this for about 2.x ex show room price. But anything more than that is ridiculous.

re: Suzuki Inazuma 250cc launched. *UPDATE* Price slashed by 1 lakh!

All on a lighter note:

It seems Bajaj wanted to hike the prices of D390 considering the demand and lack of any competition. What the Bajaj marketing guys do: Pay Suzuki officials to launch bring a bike at a totally unrealistic pricing that does not appeal in any department (looks, modernness, design, finish, power, price). Now even if the D390 price is jacked up by 25k, it will still remain VFM considering the dumb pricing by a competitor.

But even if it is launched at the same price as the 390 I dont see how this becomes a competitor to the 390!

Surely no competition for Dutchess but than those who don;t seek any attention & want a relaxed Ride will surely pick this this one over duke . Now with this horrible pricing even that's Also not possible.

PS : - I think this should be at same price point as D 390 . Yes, they have added a extra cylinder but than they have shaved off some metal in CC as well (248 cc V 375 CC ),So gets compensated . Rest Only different feature is gear shift indicator . Wondering how much will it cost to add this feature. Either way will not cost some 1.5 L .

+1.. I have mentioned the exact same point some pages before too! That long single seat surely looks comfortable and it will be a damn good tourer!

re: Suzuki Inazuma 250cc launched. *UPDATE* Price slashed by 1 lakh!

Overdrive reports that the Suzuki GW250 Inazuma has been launched at an ex-showroom Delhi price of Rs 3,10,121. Will be available in two colors i.e. Red & Black.

http://overdrive.in/news/suzuki-gw25...lakh-ex-delhi/

Pretty premium pricing me thinks for what it offers.

Lol. That pricing is a joke!

I wonder why they even bothered with the launch if they were not able to price it competitively.

Even if this is priced in and around the 390's price bracket , I dont think so this will find many buyers , since the styling is not up there and IMO its looks too bad . Reminds me of the first gen Yamaha Libero

Thats serious stupidity for suzuki if the price is 3L+ , this bike has been anticipated since long.

It doesn't look premium in these pics as compared to the price. Hope the vital stats are ground breaking for it to justify the pricing.

Suzuki Inazuma to be priced at Rs. 3.1 lakhs?

Just read on autocarindia that the bike is going for 3.1lakhs .
250cc inline twin , naked motorycle (looks like commuter bike ) with 6 speed box for 3.1 lakhs is excessive. I'm not sure who their target audience is for this bike with an identity crysis but for that price range ,we have ninja on offer which is a better bike in every sense possible . Should cost 1.5-1.6lakhs top in my opinion , thoughts guys ?
