^ Most probably the bike will be re-registered to some dealer and would live on as a test ride machine :)

Happy for you that atleast they refunded you your money back without going through a long run of legal issues and sad at the same time that you couldnt get to own a RE.

Anyways, hope that you get a good and niggle free bike in your new CBR. Do post your ownership report. I believe Honda has sorted out their quality issues with it.
