How to remove dents on a silencer bend pipe?

Arun, from the photos you have posted the bend looks like a simple 'U' bend. Only the exhaust port adaptor is at an angle. I will comment further after I see the photos you intend to post.

Sorry Guys, i was under ayurveda treatment for a week..

Here is the new bend pipe that i could make with the local expertise.. And im not happy with it too..

These people didn't have the correct dye for the desired angle.

Whoever had done that has done a horrible job. That is not called a bend, that is called welding two curved pieces together. I would suggest you find a better person.

At the cost of being repeative and sounding like a Parrot, I would say talk to Madhu in TVM. I have PMed his number to you. Tell hin Hero Honda dealers, Lakshmi Motors, gave you the number.
