Please do not trust mechanics with such precision jobs!
Alright, whom should I assign this job to then?
Because I had inquired in the Honda showroom, and they told me that they do not do installation of aftermarket parts.
And a few other people I know have had it done from local mechanics, hence I too went to the same guy.

I would suggest you against this but that is just me
You can still go through with the plan if you know seasoned vets.

Any idea what is the original size of the main jet on the Dio? And as I upjet, what size should I go for?

Sorry, but i'm outta my knowledge spectrum here
Also, please make sure that you put in braces to hold the air filter in place as mine just kept getting displaced!
I have re-installed the stock air filter due to the problem mentioned above

Alright thanks. Any idea where I can obtain this information from?

Also, as for the problem you mentioned, I haven't faced anything of the sort till now. Keeping fingers crossed.

I think that you can get that information in service manuals at Honda Authorised service centers or just ask some of the salesmen at the parts' store

Re: K&n Filter For Activa

Guys, I am planning on upjetting my '04 Activa. It is running on Keihin PB-18 carb with size 75 main jet. A friend of mine told me that main jet from an old Kinetic Honda will be a perfect fit. It was a perfect fit but it was size 105. I felt 105 too big as it ran very rich even without an air filter.

Please advice me on which bike's main jet should I go for. Which bike's main jet will be bigger than 75 and fits in a Keihin PB-18 carb

Thanks
