Well. There is no proper position to place the front High Security Number Plate.
Wherever it would be placed, its going to be out of place.

Odo is at 2.2k or so. Took it to a hill station(?),Ponmudi and back last week! Was fun!

Glad it has more power when needed and handles well. Stability is nice for a scooter even at high speed ( you wont know it is doing that much kmph if you have a good helmet).

I use a sticker at the front instead of number plate since they would need to put holes to fix it!

Got the second service done. This one is paid.I also opted for pick up and drop.

Interesting to note that they charge per hour.They charge 275Rs per hour and for 2nd service they took 1:15hr.

The brakes are fantastic: class-best stopping distance (18.xx metres), achieved through better, MRF tubeless tyres, and a great front disc brake.

Guys, was at my Vespa dealer's th other day, saw the new Vespa S, with square headlamp, square chrome RVMs, new colours etc.

It's been launched to appeal more to 'he-men' who, in India, Vespa has found, regard the classic look of the vx too, er, feminine.

Even as an owner of a yellow Vespa vx, I have to admit: the S in matte black with black alloys, red front shocker and all the usual chrome fitments looks effotlessly COOL.

Methinks one would look more easily, coolly, casually 'manly' on the Vespa S than one would on many a beefed-up, over-sculpted, over-fair-ed, trying-way-too-hard macho motorbike @ 80,000 Rs.

And this scooter does not suffer from a potency problem: well more than 10 bhp, more than 10 Nm of torque, AND (I am getting) mileage figures of 45 to 52 km/l)
