Isn't this supposed to be the new P375 designed after the Energica electric superbike? Its also said that Bajaj Auto Ltd plans to showcase not one, not two but three new motorcycles at the upcoming Auto Expo 2014.

Yup, I did see the other thread, but chose to post here because I'm not yet sure about the story of a Pulsar 375 SS. There have no credible sources. Yes, of course everybody is speculating but most of it is based on the assumption that Duke 200 -> 200NS, so Duke 390-> Pulsar 375

And while I can see the resemblance between the fully faired Pulsar and the Energica, or for that matter in some ways the R1, at least up front, I think this design is the natural evolution of the new Pulsar design language from naked to faired. If I were given some clay and a chisel, this is probably how I would sculpt out the fully faired Pulsar from a 200NS

The statement from the senior Bajaj official at Coimbatore promotional event.. he does mention Bajaj's definition of the 'supersport' category and that two or more Pulsars will be unveiled, but again, no mention that one of these will be with a bigger mill.

Well, time to sit down, twiddle my thumbs and wait.

Somehow I am not impressed with the fairing. Too many nicks and bends in the fairing. No strong flowing lines.
The lower part of the fairing where the Engine scoop exists is like a extra add-on Jugaad. I think the fairing has reasonably spoiled the beauty of Pulsar 200 NS.

Spotted 4-5 bikes under testing while I was on my way to mahabaleshwar. They were pretty fast.
I guess the faired one was the 200ss.
