The headlamp reminds me of the Vijay Super! Does the Vespa SX has only cosmetic changes or are there any technical improvements as well?

I am looking forward to this one. I already own the LX125 and have fallen for the "italian beauty". Honda simply doesn't offer the same quality (but reliability). I might just add this to my garage if budget permits.

IAB is reporting that Piaggio will soon launch the Vespa 125 Sport in the Indian market, most likely in February with price positioned above the Vespa VX 125.

Highlights;

• squarish headlights and squarely-shaped wing mirrors
• the taillight of the Sport is positioned a bit above compared to the regular Vespa
• Two new colors - a matte-finished black and an orange
• Black powder coated alloys
• Red painted front suspension coil
• Front disc brake is standard.

This looks really very pretty as compared to it's earlier sibling. I have liked the design of the rims, looks like they are alloy. The design pattern of tyre threads is also very appealing.

Looking at the above pictures, I am assuming that it also has in-built front pockets to keep those small items.

Gone are the days of a spare wheel, I am not sure but can anyone tell me that do we get tubeless tyres for the scooters as well?
