Has Suzuki Truly Arrived?

This pic was found on xBhp. Not too sure how true it is, but I remember Suzuki had said they're in the process of homologation of their bigger bikes. And so was Yamaha.

This pic has a lot of details that force me to believe it's genuine news.

Notice the front fender.

if it is a real pic, then this is fab news. hope the pic is not doctored or someone just put the sticker there for fun. does not look like the background has anything to do wtih suzuki and the bike is parked next to a hyundai.

Well, the bike does look brand new, still has the plastic on the seats as well. Also, as its on test, maybe the ARAI buggers are enjoying the "test" by riding around town! Nice job if you ask me.

You can see the flyscreen is not put on it. The seat still has the plastics on it.

Who do you think would putan ARAI sticker on a mint new bike like that? Not me? Only people with enough ruthlessness are ARAI. And trust me, they would do that.

It quite frankly doesn't look like a doctored image in anyway. Secondly, it doesn't have to have anything to do with Suszuki in the background.

It's in India, and that's proof enough by the accent that's standing next to it, and that's all that matters. There is a mint new bike with an "On ARAI Testing" on it which is in India. I"m sold.

First blood has been drawn. Expect Yamaha to back em up. Not to mention Honda which in all likelihood isn't gonna let a 150cc bike remain their flagship model.

This picture just could change the future of Indian Bikers forever.

Cheers!

Someone on a biking group i'm on had this to say :

"If I recognise the place correctly, it is the compound of Dreambikes @
Camp Pune, the dealer who deals with selling of new/old SBK's.

What is a bike send to ARAI by Suzuki doing in the compound of
Dreambikes? Specially when Suzuki has got its own showrooms and
workshops in Pune."

Not doubting anything - in fact want it to be true - but is it possible its a well planned mktg gimmick/hoax ? After all Suzuki needs to get some conversation going around its bikes.

Altho I'm really hoping its otherwise.
