Pillion seat scratching the rear fender

Dear all,

My newly purchased DS 500 has some serious issues as far as pillion seating is concerned. The seat support frame has already scratched the rear fender once (duly replaced by the dealer as it had a slight scratch at the time of PDI), but for now I have removed the rear seat to avoid the recurrence (Much to the displeasure of my wife!)

I would appreciate any pointers on how to prevent anymore scratches.
What would do the trick? Eg., Rubber Bushes and how to source them. (We can install them if needed, as me and bro both are fairly hands-on with all our vehicles).
