I just bought a TVS Apache 2 months ago, and I am having a problem with it.

There is a build-up of some sort of material on the contact posts of the starter coil, which looks like the salting that you find on battery terminals.

This material is causing severe corrosion of the engine casing wherever it touches.

Any solutions or ideas?

All help greatly appreciated.

The best thing to do now is close your eyes and go to TVS...The bike is still under warranty. They better get it sorted out for you.
