Kawasaki has launched the KLX 110 motorcycle in India at a price of Rs. 2.8 lakh.



The KLX 110 is a dirt bike designed for children. It has a steel frame with a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The bike measures 1560 mm in length, 650 mm in width and 955 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1,074 mm seat height of 681 mm and ground clearance of 216 mm.



The KLX 110 is powered by a 112cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine that is mated to a 4-speed transmission with an automatic clutch. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes all round. The bike rides on 2.50 x 14 and 3.00 x 12 section tyres at the front and rear respectively.



The KLX 110 is not road legal. It is available in only one colour - lime green.

Crazy pricing for this little baby! But then, ultra niche segment. Kids of many wealthy folks do indulge in off-road biking nowadays. Until now, such bikes were imported into India as parts or as second hand imports. Official availability makes it much better though. Now only if they launched its elder siblings too

The first bike has been delivered already.

Interestingly, the bike is priced around 3L new nowadays.
