Pulsar 180 dtsi 700 Km Review

rite now ive tried ELF and castrol both were 20W40 but i need 20W50.
trying to get my hands on the new castrol active Xtra which i believe is 20W50.also looking out for caltex Revtex.
what do you use jkdas ?

Try to get Motul. The best oil money can buy. Check your manual for the correct grade.

the grade of oil i need to use is 20W50 but unfortunately its not easily available.

Avoid Castrol. Too many people selling useless oil packed as Castrol. Get some other brand. Rectech did you check some one else's bike to see if it has the same problem?

GTX is meant for the cars and not for bikes. It will cause serious engine damage in the long run although some folks boast of the other way !!!

dude, castrol 20W50 is for bikes and its a new product in India. It costs 187/lt here in Bangy.

Motul is doing great marketing here in Bangy. There's a 15W50 Full Synthetic oil from Motul ( motul 300something) for 500-500/liter, yah for Bike!

Do you know that Avenger and P180 sports the same engine but Avenger needs 1.4l engine oil for topup and Pulsar just 1l !

just got my bike back from servicing.done close to 5000 kms.still looks and feels brand new.it handles great too.

the maximum ive been able to take it to is 115 kms/Hr on the speedo.besides that acceleratios is great between 4000 and 8000 rpm.

one more thing i noticed is that in 1st gear not that i do this very often but it feels as if theres no power beyone 4500-5000 rpm. tried this on another bike and the same thing happens.does any one know why this happens.??
