In order to celebrate the World Motorcycle Day today, Bajaj Auto has launched new rider communities for customers of its Pulsar and Avenger brands. This new step will help the brand in enhancing communication with its customers through various engagement activities. There will be no joining fee to be part of both these communities.

Named Pulsar Maniacs, and The Avenger Gods (TAG), both these communities will be hosting professionally organized rides, which will be supervised by Bajaj Auto's experts. These rides will also help the riders in understanding the importance of safe riding habits and usage of safety gears. Interestingly, the rides will be tailored to correspond to the positioning of the respective brands. For example, the Pulsar Maniacs will be taken for overnight long distance rides, while The Avenger Gods will go on excursions to far off locations.

The Pulsar Maniacs will be dedicated to the fans of the latest Bajaj Pulsar RS 200. On the other hand, The Avenger Gods (TAG) will cater to the entire range of Avenger bikes in the country. Currently, the company has shortlisted 7 metros where the rides will kick-start in the near future. These include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

It is a nice effort from Bajaj but I am not happy with the name choosing for the Pulsar group.

Maniacs?!

Hope the riders don't take the name too strongly and start riding like one! Who suggests such names for a public group that many would be a part of!

Focussing on safety and the RS200 in the official picture does not have rear view mirrors! Style over safety.
