Went to a dealer close to home to check the veracity of the offer. The offer is confirmed, but was told that the showroom didn't receive any BS III Activa for a while now & hence the offer was applicable only on Aviator & CB. On Aviator, looks like they offered a discount of 5K. Nothing more than that!

This is the actual message I received from the dealer, 32k Off on the CBR. That makes the CBR 150R <1L on road Pune ?

I am not sure about this. Seeing the final amount, it could actually be the non-ABS version. But then since another dealer in Pune is offering a Honda Navi (worth INR 51000 OTR) free with a Honda CBR250 ABS, the offer may be for the ABS version as well.

The text message I received does not explicitly mentions this. Please call them and check. Also negotiate more with the Bangalore dealer as I am sure this is a good opportunity to get another few thousands off the final price.

Just now spoke to my friend who enquired with a dealer in Chennai about discounts in Vespa scooter. Rs5000 is the max for Vespa. May be similar to SR150 as well. May be the dealer will give more discounts towards the end of March 31.

Mahindra is also offering discounts upto 20K on all variants of BS3 Mojo, sweet deal if you ask me.

The Navi offer is when you take CBR on the current on-road price ( without 22K discount). Considering Navi is being sold at 31K ( ~20K discount) this is more or less same.
Yes, I am again bargaining hard with the Honda dealership. But I already made the full payment. I will at least get some more goodies ( May be a helmet or some accessories)
