I enquired about the AC conversion to DC on my bike. Yes it certainly can be done but the battery has to be changed from 7ah to 9ah. 1 good thing about DC lighting is consistent brightness throughout the rev range as it comes directly from battery, plus anytime u can fix an HID.

Another thing is the magnets have be charged on bikes like Unicorn if fixing a 100/90 bulb shows some delay between low & high beam. The charge it seems remains for 6 months.

Yes from Osram. Have you used them? I have heard peaople buying those bulbs in india and they got it for 500-600 bucks a pair. I cant help believing that they are fakes. My friend paid 1600 for the H7's & 1250 for the H4's.

Osram Silverstar 55/60w MRP 190 per bulb. Unlike philips, you can get a single bulb.

Dont think the Osram avaialble in the market are fake coz Osram as a company is present in India, infact they have a India specific website as well.

Philips also u get a single piece. I just got the Vision Plus for 295 bucks and the light is just awesome, better than Osram Silverstar. Its 60/55w.
