Suzuki Gixxer 300 unveiled in China Gixxer 300 is expected to be launched in India in 2019.
It is expected to mirror Haojue DR300 , which was recently unveiled at Chongqing Mobo Fair 2018 in China by Haojue Motorcycles, Suzuki’s Chinese partners.
It'll be having a 298cc, parallel twin cylinder, 4 valve, liquid cooled engine. The engine gets mated to a 6 speed transmission.
The bigger Gixxer will get a 298mm petal disc in the front and a small rotor at the rear while dual channel ABS will be offered as standard. Gixxer 300 will measure 2,055mm in length, 720mm in width and 1,050 mm in height. It has a 1,420mm long wheelbase and weighs a total of 177 kgs.
The Gixxer 300 is expected to get 10 spoke, 17” alloy wheels fitted with 110/70 section front and 140/60 section rear Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tubeless tyres and suspension is via USD forks in the front and adjustable monoshocks at the rear.
It will sport LED headlamp with LED DRLs, a fully digital instrument cluster, split seats, raised tail section and LED tail lamps. It is also expected to get a sculpted fuel tank with extended tank shrouds and a swept back exhaust canister. Source
