Royal Enfield could launch a lower-spec Thunderbird 350

Earlier this month, Royal Enfield had launched the Classic 350 S, a more affordable version of the Classic 350. It is now reported that the bike maker might offer a lower-spec Thunderbird 350 as well.

Like the Classic 350 S, this low-cost variant of the Thunderbird 350 could get new paint schemes and blacked out wheels, blinker mounts and engine cover. It is reported that the bike could get a rear drum brake and single-channel ABS.

The Thunderbird 350 is powered by a 346cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 19.8 BHP @ 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

While there is no update on launch date and the price of the bike, it is expected to be positioned below the existing Thunderbird 350.
