According to a media report, Royal Enfield has discontinued the Bullet Trials 350. The bike is no longer listed on the company's website.

The Bullet Trials 350 was built as a tribute to Trials Wizard Johnny Brittain, who rode the 1949 Bullet Trials. The bike has short mudguards, a single seat with a luggage carrier, handlebar with a crossbrace, upswept exhaust and tyres suited for off-road riding.

The Trials 350 was powered by a 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produced 19.8 BHP @ 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque @ 4,000 rpm. The engine was paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The Trials 350 came equipped with with 280 mm and 240 mm disc brakes at the front and rear respectively. Dual-channel ABS was offered as standard.

Not seen a single one in person yet. Probably a good decision by RE.

No man's land. That's where this product landed up in.

People who wanted an ADV motorcycle had access to the Himalayan (which is far superior) & many other alternatives from other brands.

No wonder, I haven't seen even a single example, on the streets.

Re: Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 350 discontinued

I have seen less than half a dozen of them out in the real world so it isnt surprising that Royal Enfield pulled the plug on this variant. That said, Royal Enfield takes flak from all sides when it makes efforts to roll out new variants and when it doesnt. Rather than just rolling out a sticker job, with the Trials variants I will give them credit for trying something different. They tapped into their history as well in a very smart way. I honestly thought that they would be able to push a sell a few of these in India. Anyway, it is better to try and fail than never to try at all.

Re: Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 350 discontinued

Good riddance to be honest. RE was dipping its feet with crazy factory mods a practically useless design platform. Every once in a while, every manufacturer does bring out an ugly duckling in the name of "refreshed design mantra" and this terribly didn't spare RE neither. Nevertheless, they keep trying to keep the masses enamored towards the brand. Who knows, it might have been a publicity stunt, after all, one just never know. Oh well.

Cheers!

They should relaunch Machismo as a 650cc relaxed cruiser or like a standard 650 of sorts with Machismo badging.

Now, this is called the Limited edition for the future. I liked this model. it was not meant for the masses or any real-world trials use.
