can we use 2T oil in petrol for my '03 Pulsar

hey guys i just checked out the techincal stuff section in the four wheel section and found a new thread,stating that if we use 0.8 ml per 1 litre of petrol the engine idling will be less, and it will be smooth and all the best results.so anyone here have tried it before.

i am not sure if we can use 2t oil for a foursteoke bike!!!!

we i would like to know the effects of adding the oil though!!
