The KTM 250 Duke is now available with a BS6-compliant engine. It is priced at Rs. 2,09,280 (ex-showroom, Delhi).



The 250 Duke is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 30 BHP and 24 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch.



The 250 Duke is equipped with a 300 mm disc brake with a 4-piston caliper at the front and a 230 mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. It has dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode, which allows the rider to disengage the ABS. The bike rides on upside fork suspension at the front and a WP APEX monoshock at the rear.



Besides the updated engine and ABS, the 250 Duke also gets a new LED headlamp. The bike is available in two new colour options - Dark Galvano & Silver Metallic.

Kerala charges 22 % road tax for two wheeler priced above 2 lakhs. KTM lovers will be really disappointment with the pricing. The on road price difference will provide the Dominar siblings an edge over KTM. RE is the only manufacturer who reduced the ex-showroom price of the GT-Twins in Kerala to offset the higher road tax. Really pathetic decision by Kerala RTO to charge road tax above 20% on bikes above 2 lakhs and cars above 20 lakhs. :Frustrati

Ex-Showroom price in Kerala is Rs.1,99,950/- . They did think about us. Calculation on Bikewale shows on road prices of Rs.2.39 lacs in Delhi and Rs.2.35 lacs in Kochi. Turns out cheaper for us.:)

Agree with you on the road tax issue, 22% is very much on the higher side.
