4 millionth TVS Apache rolls off the production line

The 4 millionth TVS Apache has rolled off TVS Motor Company's assembly line in Mysore.

To commemorate this production milestone, TVS created the longest chequered flag in India measuring 292 meters. The flag had over 2,000 images of Apache customers from around the world.

The flag has set a record in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for the longest chequered flag.

The Apache RTR Series comprises of 160cc, 180cc and 200cc bikes. These include the RTR 160, RTR 160 4V, RTR 180 and RTR 200 4V. TVS also offers the Apache RR 310, which shares its platform with the BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS.

That makes me one in 4 million. I really love the bike. Contrary to people calling the generation i own as vibrator on wheels, I love the raw nature of the same!

Quite an achievement, except the horrible vibrations it was a lovely dependable bike that i kept for a decade till 2018.

As an Apache owner, feel happy on this 40 Lakh milestone!

That said, TVS could have used this moment to announce something- like limited edition livery to Apache or some new colors or atleast a scale-model of Apache

The live stream was very boring with no new announcements.

Good to see the brand going strong. I own the first gen 2007 RTR160. What a super reliable machine. 13 years on nothing other than periodic service & it still stays true to its name, Racing throttle response!!!

Even the latest generations have evolved pretty nicely shaving off the vibrator image. And ofcourse the flagship Apache (310RR) is next level(although it's a different platform)
